Hey Folks,
Another PAF bird done...
click here...This ex-vietnam aircraft was used by the PAF during the early 70s and was extensively used in various roles like transport, medical/emergency, postal and even bombing roles.
I decided to do a medical/emergency version of this PAF bird. Painting was done with a combination of Alclad II aluminum and Gunze Mr. Metal Alumnium and Gunze acrylics with oil wash, oil pastel and Mr Hobby pigment powder finishing. PAF diamond decals are from Scalenutz and the rest are homemade from white and clear BJ decal paper, which I'm doing for the first time which took a few tries and experimentation on how to seal it down properly, specially the white background decal paper.
Mods are;
> Engine cowling = removed the chin intake and added one on top from shaved and routed extra sprue;
> Nav Light and antennas = stretched and fashioned from extra sprue material as well;
> Wings = added some articulation details on flaps, tail and vertical wings;
> Landing gear = added some steps from pla plate;
